LIC stands for Living Is Christ. Apostle Paul says in the book of Philippines chapter 1 verse 21 that, 'for me to live is Christ and to die is gain'.

LIC is a ministry made up of 5 members who are all born again Christians and dedicated to serving the Lord. They are originally from Uganda but presently based in the United Kingdom.

The group was formed in 1994 from what was formerly known as Gospel Brothers, which included Dbass McKigundu, the two brothers namely Ronnie Ziwa and Roger Kyeyune. Later joined Paul C'roy and Myco Chris.

Some of their memorable appearances are when they opened the Commissioned concert in London (1997) and also Alvin Slaughter's two live concerts at the Rex in December 1998.

LIC's first album Searching, was their first major production, in its contemporary style and complexity in both music and word, is an inspiration to many and has touched a number of people's lives.

The group is currently back on the road reaching out to bruised, dying, and heart broken souls. LIC is also preparing their third album most likely to be out mid 2007.

With their main vision of winning lost souls for Christ, LIC continues to lift up the name of Jesus through contemporary and other forms of music, and also encouraging up coming young Gospel artists.

All members are committed to their local churches which is Liberty Christian Fellowship pastored by Lincoln and Grace Kasirye God has commissioned them and equipped them with various gifts and ministries, and he is more than able to use them for his glory.

Paul C’roy

My name is Paul C'roy. I am passionate about music investment and creativity. I aspire to retire into full time ministry. I'm married to a lovely wife Grace and I'm blessed with three kids Tendo, Sanyu and Suubi. I currently work as a full time electronic design engineer and use my space-time to do LIC with the guys. I am blessed to be a part of the LIC dream and hope to be a blessing to you our fans.

DBass McKigundu

My names are Dbass McKigundu, I am married to Veronica-Josephine Kigundu. We have two Kid's Vida-Joda and Bryana-Ronda. I am Digital Media Consultant working with AIL “Africans in London” Channel at present. I gave my life to Christ in December 1980. Since then I have be involved in music ministry to this date. I am a song writer and a keyboard player. I worship at Liberty Christian fellowship pastured by Pastors Lincoln and Grace Serwanga where I also take part in the worship team. I am the man after God's heart.

Roger Kyeyune

Roger Kyeyune are my names, married to a beautiful girl Ann-Marie Kyeyune. We are blessed to have a baby boy Joshua Kyeyune. I am a biomedical scientist by profession currently working in the histopathology department. I started singing in primary school but didn't get involved in gospel music until 1993. I was inspired by the Winans, commissioned, take 6 and of course my boys Limit X. I am very passionate about soul winning and bringing a Godly change in peoples lives. I count it a privilege to be working in God's kingdom with LIC Ministries

Myco Chris

Michael Chris A.K.A MYCO attended a B-Tec National Diploma in I.T engineering and a Diploma in Sound Engineering and currently working as a Music producer. I started music at the age of six at St Paul's cathedral choir Namirembe in Uganda and been a member of groups namely; Extra Grim and the Boys Gospel Crew. As the newest member of LIC, I am so passionate about getting staff right and more so ushering God's people into his presence. Worship is my life style and I am so persuaded to reach out to all nations, people, tribes and tongues more so ushering them in the presence of God. If I ever wana get remembered for anything, may it be the man after God's presence. God bless you.

Last but not least it's the youngest and tallest member of LIC Ronnie Ziwa as the guys above always say. I am an IT Analyst by profession currently working at UK's leading consumer magazine publisher within IT services. I have been in music since my early teens and it's a blessing having to serve God with these guys because every single one of us brings their individuality to the table and we have fun while serving the Lord.
