Meet Nixon 

Am Nixon Katabira  Godfrey, Ugandan by nationality born in 19 Sept 1984 at Lugazi (Mukono District), am a born again Christian , song writer ,singer and a owning a growing Recording studio in Jinja ( producer in LOVE ALL RECORDZ ) I started music in 1995 in primary, in 1997 I started writing my own songs till now. In early 2006  my first single “ Ebyobulokozi “ was out playing on Fm Radios  By 2007 the album was completed , I have written about 310 gospel songs in  many styles;_ hip hop, R&B, Raga , Reggae, worship and  praise . Am currently working with youth with a mission Uganda at discovery centre working with the youths. Do much of school ministry and production besides singing.

When did I start music?

I started music in 1995 in a primary school at Lugazi East primary school; I started with playing xylophones and later felt confidence to write a song. Since then I have written gospel songs in a number of styles, hip hop, reggae, gospel dance hall worship and band music, so far I have 275 songs unrecorded with my first album called Ebyobulokozi, it has six songs 3 in English 3 in Luganda and some little Swahili   language. I also do some recordings (music production) in my growing studio (love all records) in Jinja.
I have been writing songs for people who desire to serve God in Music. I treasure it for its scriptural that in heaven we shall be singing I take it more than singing bit serving God through the talent he gave me. I write plays and short plays (skits), I love acting. I love discovering new things to make a difference. I enjoy in door games. With the out side games, I once in a while play bad Minton.
My vision is to reach out to people in different places mainly youth and share with them the love of Christ through music ,encouraging the up coming gospel artists to love their ministry .my goal is to go international in gospel music. Touching people’s hearts, madding the Brocken hearts and winning souls for Christ. “He who begins a good work will surely accomplish it”

Spiritual stand.

I knew about Christ right from my child hood, I lived in a Christian environment  and brought up in the fear of God, the more I was told about JESUS the more I learnt and desired to be like him and the many challenges I faced the more I needed him to intervene, my faith in him was growing. I accepted Christ as my personal savior, Am a born again Christian believing in the Holy Spirit and I have been in salvation for about  14 years  fellowshipping at Lugazi Pentecostal  Church which I joined right from my child hood.
