reach heights and preach the word in the process.” His next
song was “Nayiimba” meaning “I shall sing” in 2004 where he
still featured Chameleone. After this he left Leone Island and
headed to Nairobi, Kenya.
He was in Kenya for seven months and in this time he did
collabos with several Kenyan artists like Ambassador, Rufftone
and many more. He came back to Uganda and teamed up with Bebe
Cool and recorded “Entalo Zange” meaning “My wars”. After this
he went back to Kenya and recorded “Mama Africa” which was
produced by “Flames of the Longombas.
About Mama Africa
He wrote the song himself. When he asks what motivated him to
do this song this is what he had to say, “I think we suffer a
lot. Those who leave the continent as in Africa cannot tell the
people in other continents i.e. Europe the truth about the
conditions in Africa.” He later concludes that no matter all
this we will never leave Africa because it is home.
