Krayzie Native a.k.a Saba Saba

He can really be crazy, he can spit rhymes to inspire a rebel movement, dont say he's crazy, he is Krayzie Native aka Sabasaba Mutaka. Krayzie Native was born on the 5th August 1977 in Jinja town.


KS Alpha

Ks Alpha the resonant, rolling tongued dancehall sensation who is on a mission to take Ugandan Ragga Dancehall music to the heights of international popularity. “This is Ragga/Dancehall we’re talking about here and the music is not as big as it’s supposed to be. Can you think of a Ragga artist they would put in Madison Square Garden or Wembley Stadium? I want to be the one they put there and I know I’ve achieved what I want when I’m on stage and 200,000 people come to see me!”

Lemmy Cool

Many had no idea who this guy was when he walked to 1st floor NIC building one morning. Lemmy Cool is a kind, soft-spoken honest and down to earth 'Contemporary Ugandan' crooner. I initially knew him as a DJ and didn't know he could sing like he does.


I’m not saying that Lianne  is unfortunate, but when I interviewed her, I was shocked to find out that she’s one artist with a ridiculously unfair career. She has received negative stories in the media, she was corned of her video and she cancelled her contract with after just three months.
Perhaps her crime is to have been too talented. She has become one of those rare talents of home-grown musicians to top the charts on both radio and television with just two tracks under her name.

Lil Faisal

Lil' Faisal has finally come through with a seven-track album titled 'Nindiridenyo', named after his maiden studio recording of the same name. The track ‘Baine Orugambo’ was composed by Luke N, a member of Bejoms Productions. It was written based on the social atmosphere in Uganda, that is, ‘Baine Orugambo, a Runyoro-Rutooto word or phrase which means or is interpreted as, ‘they are rumormongers’.

Mark B

Mark B prefers to describe himself as a down to earth, friendly and God-fearing person. He goes by the names Mark Brian Karugaba. Mark B has not been in the music industry for such a long time, he started singing in 2000 but released his first commercial song in 2004.It did not do as well as he expected. The song was called “Boanerges” which he released while in a gospel group.

Mary D

Mary D describes herself as an artist, a mother, hardworking and a down to earth lady. She goes by the names Akullo Maria. Mary D sings sad love songs in mainly Luganda. She sings about the lack of love in many marriages.
